Nucleus runs on a fixed, Eric-led architecture.

Monthly mastermind call — 90 minutes, led by Eric personally. Structured around hot seats with real decision pressure, an influence lab for sharpening messaging and positioning, a deal and opportunity roundtable for partnerships and referrals, and an execution clinic that diagnoses bottlenecks and assigns next moves.

Quarterly deep-dive — 2 hours. An extended working session on a single high-impact theme. Deeper than the monthly cadence allows.

Quarterly special guest. A hand-selected specialist brought in for specific strategic value — not a parade of names, each chosen for what the room is working on that quarter.

Annual in-person gathering. A private retreat for deepening relationships and accelerating deals. Location varies; timing is announced a quarter in advance.

Private community, always on. The space between calls. Ongoing conversations, warm introductions, and asynchronous feedback on work in progress.

Two priority SOS calls per year with Eric for moments that can't wait, plus his ongoing presence in the community. You are not being handed off to a team. Eric leads every call.

The Breakthrough Call With Eric

Before anyone is invited into Nucleus, Eric meets with them. One on one. Ninety minutes.

Eric reads your application in advance, and the call itself works on what actually matters in your business: the ceiling you are sitting against, the positioning shift you have been avoiding, the decision you already know you need to make but have not made.

A private strategic session with Eric is a $5,000 engagement on its own. Inside Nucleus, it is your first conversation with him, which is why the room can work from day one. Everyone admitted has already been understood, not just admitted.

The application itself

Seven sections. 25–35 minutes. Written answers, in your own voice.

The intake is the longest application you are likely to fill out this year, and that is deliberate. Nucleus admits by fit, not by fee, and fit cannot be read from a LinkedIn profile. The questions are built to surface the things Eric actually needs to see: what you are building and why, the specific friction you are inside right now, what you are prepared to be honest about, and the shape of the ambition behind the work.

Eric reads your application personally and decides whether Nucleus is the right room for you. You will hear either way within 48 hours. If the answer is yes, Eric will invite you to a Breakthrough Call and the work begins there.
