Orientation Meeting details:

Those are the initial steps to take for now. Upon confirmation, after the Orientation call, you’ll set in motion the following:
Welcome Pack: You’ll receive a confirmation email, a fact sheet, and essential information to help you prepare for and maximize your trip experience.
Travel & Dietary Preferences: An email will be sent to you containing links for travel details and food preferences. Kindly fill out BOTH forms to facilitate your airport transfers and meal arrangements.
Packing Guide: We’ll provide a recommended packing list to ensure you have everything you need for the best possible experience.
Payment Details: Our accounting team will reach out to discuss a payment plan. Please note that the balance must be cleared 30 days prior to the trip commencing. Remember, this is a not-for-profit event. Any surplus will be channeled towards education and Hadza preservation initiatives in Tanzania.
Communication: You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group, which will serve as our primary communication channel for trip updates and in-country coordination.
Release Form: This form will detail the filming and recording aspects of the trip. If you prefer not to be recorded, you’ll have the option to opt out.
To ensure your spot, please process your deposit within the next 24 hours. Otherwise, we’ll have to offer the opportunity to the next individual on our list.
