One 90-minute call per month, one 2-hour deep-dive per quarter, and an optional annual in-person gathering. Async community participation is encouraged but not mandated.
No. Nucleus is a commitment, and we treat admission seriously. Admission begins with a short application and a paid strategy consultation with Eric. If, during that consultation, either of you decides Nucleus is not the right room, you will not be invited to join and there is no further obligation. If you are invited and choose to join, your consultation fee is applied toward your membership.
Annual members commit for 12 months. After your initial term, you may leave at any renewal point. We do not hold anyone in a room they have outgrown — though most members stay far longer than they expected.
